One year until our “Around the World” adventure!! We sat down today to do our budget, figure out our montly fixed expenses and then set a goal for the next 12 months.
Our goal is to save $50,000 at a minimum for our trip!!
Hopefully that will be enough, we’ve set up weekly planning sessions to start plotting our route, figuring out airline options, high level goals and what we want to accomplish. Then we’ll start getting to the details about where we want to stay, work v. play, big cities v. rural towns, many cities for a short time v. few places for extended time, etc.
Lots of planning to be done – stay tuned!
